Keynote Speaker Chuck Zukowski National speaker and UFO researcher Chuck Zukowski from Colorado Springs, CO is an Independence Paranormal Invsetigator, Certified MUFON Field Investigator and Amateur UFO Archeologist. Chuck will discuss his investigation of the Colorado Cattle Mutilations mutilation was discovered. A three year old horse named "Lady" (misprinted as "Snippy") was found with her head and neck skinned and defleshed, the bones were white and clean. Since that year there have been numerous animal mutilations not only in Colorado but across the planet. Chuck Zukowski will talk about the five cattle mutilation cases he investigated in the San Luis Valley, Colorado in 2009. He will show images of the mutilations, discuss theories and show evidence of possible electronic implants.
